More than just a promise, it's a doctor's confidence in her choice of materials.
I'm Mia, a doctor who has also suffered from hives. I know how frustrating "jewelry allergies" can be, so I won't let my customers experience that frustration.

Section 1: Why do I dare to make such a guarantee?

Because I myself have an allergic constitution.
I know that when your skin is itchy, red, swollen, and peeling, you don't even want to go out.
That's why Vera Muse set a rule from day one:
Pearls must be natural, and fittings must be S925 sterling silver or higher.
No exceptions, no compromises.

Section 2: Guarantee Content

As long as you meet the following conditions, I will issue a full refund (including shipping costs):

  1. After receiving the product, wear it continuously for 3 days (at least 4 hours per day).

  2. The wearing area (earrings, neck, wrist) shows a clear allergic reaction (redness, swelling, itching, peeling).

  3. Provide an official receipt or diagnosis certificate from a dermatology clinic in Taiwan or your local area.

All three conditions above are indispensable. After we verify them, we will refund the full product amount + the shipping fee for your return.

Section 3: Why is a "medical receipt" required?

This is not to make things difficult for you.
It's because many "self-diagnosed allergies" on the market are actually:

  • Dust or sweat on the pearl's surface (just wipe it clean)

  • The chain getting caught on clothing fibers (just change clothes)

  • Psychological factors (the neck naturally gets itchy when nervous)

A dermatologist's diagnosis certificate is the most objective evidence.
It can prove that you are "truly allergic to metal," not "suddenly don't like this necklace."
This is also fair to our other honest customers.

Section 4: Return Process (Three simple steps)

① Notify me Send a private message on IG or the official Line, telling me "I want to apply for an allergy return."
② Provide proof Take a photo of your dermatologist's receipt/diagnosis certificate and send it to me.
③ Return the product Package the product completely and send it back (I will provide a shipping number). After receiving and confirming everything is in order, the refund will be processed within 3 business days

 

Section 5: The following situations are not covered by this guarantee

  • Self-diagnosed allergy without wearing for the full 3 days

  • Inability to provide a dermatologist's medical certificate

  • Product is clearly damaged, deformed, or has been modified by yourself

  • Allergy to pearl dust (however, this is extremely rare, and the pearls themselves are already polished)
