保固內容

我們對每一件珍珠飾品的品質深感自信，也明白日常配戴中可能遇到的各種狀況。因此，我們提供以下保固服務，讓你戴得更安心：

1. 基本保固

  • 珍珠飾品自購買日起，享有終生的非人為因素損壞保固。

  • 保固範圍涵蓋：金屬配件斷裂、扣頭脫落、珍珠鑲嵌鬆動等製造瑕疵。

2. 終身服務

  • 免費清潔保養：珍珠飾品可享終身免費清潔服務，協助去除表面污漬與氧化層，恢復溫潤光澤。

  • 串線更換：珍珠項鍊或手鍊的絲線會隨時間老化，我們提供免費重新串線與更換扣頭服務（材料費用另計）。

3. 尺寸調整

  • 戒指可享終身免費改圈服務。

  • 手鍊/項鍊可依需求調整長度（增減珍珠顆粒），材料費用另計。

不適用保固範圍

以下情況不屬於免費保固範圍，但我們仍提供付費維修服務：

  • 因人為因素造成的損壞，如摔落、碰撞、擠壓等。

  • 接觸化學物質（香水、化妝品、酒精、清潔劑）導致的珍珠變質或光澤受損。

  • 不當使用或自行改造、拆卸飾品。

  • 珍珠表面的天然生長紋路、微小凹洞或色差，屬天然有機寶石正常現象，非瑕疵品。

珍珠飾品保養小提醒

珍珠是有機寶石，需要多一點溫柔對待。為了讓你的珍珠飾品長保光澤，建議留意以下幾點：

  • 最後戴，最先脫：先化好妝、噴完香水再戴上珍珠；回家後先取下珍珠再卸妝。

  • 遠離化學物：避免接觸香水、化妝品、酒精、清潔劑——珍珠怕的不是水，是化學物質。

  • 汗水與高溫要避開：運動、洗澡、泡溫泉時請取下珍珠，汗水中的酸性與高溫都可能傷害珍珠表面。

  • 輕輕擦拭，單獨存放：配戴後用軟布輕拭表面，收納時與其他首飾分開存放，避免刮傷。

  • 別用超音波清洗機：超音波洗淨會損傷珍珠表面，請勿使用。

Warranty Coverage

We're deeply confident in the quality of every pearl piece we make—and we know that daily wear comes with daily risks. That's why we offer the following warranty services, so you can wear your jewelry with peace of mind.

1. Basic Warranty

Every pearl piece comes with a lifetime warranty against non-accidental damage, starting from the date of purchase.

What's covered:

  • Metal component breakage

  • Clasp detachment

  • Loose pearl settings

  • Other manufacturing defects

2. Lifetime Services

Free Cleaning & Care
Every pearl piece is eligible for lifetime complimentary cleaning—we'll remove surface buildup and oxidation to restore its warm, natural luster.

Restringing
The silk thread on pearl necklaces and bracelets ages over time. We offer free restringing and clasp replacement (material costs apply).

3. Size Adjustments

Rings: Enjoy lifetime complimentary resizing.

Bracelets & Necklaces: Length adjustments are available on request (adding or removing pearls)—material costs apply.

What's Not Covered

The following are not covered under our free warranty. However, we're happy to provide paid repair services for these cases:

  • Damage from accidents or misuse—such as dropping, impact, or crushing

  • Pearl deterioration or luster damage caused by contact with chemicals (perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, cleaning agents)

  • Improper use, self-modification, or disassembly of the jewelry

Please note: Natural growth lines, tiny dimples, or slight color variations on the pearl surface are normal characteristics of organic gemstones—not defects.

Pearl Care Tips

Pearls are organic gemstones—they need a little extra gentleness. To keep your pearls lustrous for years, here are a few simple habits:

Last on, first off.
Put your pearls on after you've finished your makeup and perfume. Take them off before you remove your makeup at night.

Keep them away from chemicals.
Avoid contact with perfume, cosmetics, alcohol, and cleaning agents. What pearls fear isn't water—it's chemicals.

Avoid sweat and heat.
Remove your pearls before exercising, showering, or soaking in hot springs. The acidity in sweat and high temperatures can both damage the pearl surface.

Wipe gently, store separately.
After wearing, wipe the surface with a soft cloth. Store your pearls separately from other jewelry to prevent scratches.

No ultrasonic cleaners.
Ultrasonic cleaning can damage the pearl surface—please don't use it.
